<h2>Return request method</h2>
For every purchase you make, you can request a return on Corso Vannucci Cashmere by following the procedure:

<li>Access your area: link</li>
<li>Click on “My Orders”</li>
<li>Select the order you want to return by clicking on “View Details”/li>
<li>Click on “Something wrong? Request return”</li>
<li>Fill out the form specifying your reasons</li>
<li>Send inquiry</li>
</ol>
Following your return request, we will reply to you as soon as possible with a procedure initiation confirmation.
You will receive the return label by email in a short time, then:
<ol>
<li>Put the items you want to return inside a box, possibly the original order one</li>
<li>Apply the return label on the outside of the package, covering the previous label if you are using the original box</li>
</ol>
If you choose Home Pick Up, a courier will pick up your return on the date you indicated. If you want to deliver your parcel to a Service Point, please go to the nearest one: https://locator.dhl.com/ServicePointLocator/index.jsp?l=en&countryCode=IT
As soon as we receive the package, we will verify that the return complies with what you declared. Following a successful outcome of these checks, we will refund you the amount according to the payment method used.
Only the person who made the purchase can return a gift product.
Corso Vannucci Srl bears the cost of shipping for a return.
Remember that you have 14 working days from the package reception date to do this.
<h2>Goods Exchange Request Method</h2>
As a result of the verification, you will be able to exchange your products with a value equal to or higher than what you spend online. In the case of goods of higher value, you will be asked to pay a fee.
Alternatively, you can receive a voucher that you can spend online.
