Where can I find product and size information?
To help you choose the right size, we have created a ‘Size Guide’ with the conversion tables between the Italian size tag and product card, and conversions for different countries.
How do I check my order status?
You can check your order status at any time on the Order Status page: enter the email with which you made the purchase and the order number. If you are a registered customer, you can also check your order from the account: log in and enter the ‘Orders’ section to find all the information. At the time of shipment, we will send you an email with the tracking number and link to the courier website, where you can see the delivery information.
Can I change or cancel an order?
It is not possible to change or cancel orders placed online. After the order delivery, you can request the return of the products you don’t want anymore, and you will receive a full refund of the products price. If you find that you have made a mistake in the shipping address, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.
Do I need to register to complete my online purchase?
You do not need to be registered to shop at https://corsovannuccicashmere.it. You can complete your purchase by simply entering your email (to receive notifications about your order) and a shipping address. If you choose to register, you will benefit from a faster and easier purchase experience. Registered users can store their addresses within the account and check their order status directly in the reserved area.
Payment
What payment methods are available?
CREDIT CARD: The Customer may pay the Products price and the related delivery costs by credit card. The transaction will be charged to the Customer’s credit card only after its details have been verified, the debit authorization has been received from the company issuing the Customer card, which has been confirmed the availability of the Product by Corso Vannucci Srl and then after the order is ready to be processed.
PAYPAL: PayPal allows you to make online payments at no extra cost and without sharing your card details.
TRANSFER: After confirming the purchase, we will send you an email with the bank details to make the payment. The customer will bear any bank and bank transfer charges. The order will be shipped immediately after the credit receipt our bank account.
CASH-ON-DELIVERY: This mode allows you to pay the total of your order in cash to the courier when the package is delivered to you. There is a cost of 5€ for this service.
Are the product prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices are already inclusive of VAT.
How the ‘CVC CARD’ discounts work
To take advantage of the bonus accumulated for a minimum of 500 Points, enter the code in the appropriate field of your cart.
Why was my payment declined?
There are several possible reasons why this happens. First of all, we recommend you to verify that your credit card or payment method associated with your account has not expired. Also check that you have correctly entered all card details, including expiration date and CVV. If you still have problems, you can choose a different payment method or try contacting your bank for more information.
Can I request an invoice for my order?
To receive the invoice for your order, please contact our Customer Service via Chat or telephone. We will send you the requested document as soon as possible.
Shipments
To which countries does the online shop ship?
All over the world. Remember to select the country where you want to receive your order before starting your online shopping. Items in your shopping cart and Wishlist will no longer be available if you change your country.
What are the delivery times?
Courier will deliver all purchases within two working days of the order confirmation (for orders made by Italy before noon). Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays according to the time zone in force in Italy. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, the shipping times will be calculated from the confirmation that the amount has been credited to our account. Corso Vannucci Srl is not responsible for unforeseeable delays (cases of force majeure).

Returns and Refunds
How can I return a product purchased online?
You can exercise your right of withdrawal, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days of receiving the product. Returning one or more products is easy and always free: you will find all the information inside the box of your order.
When and how will I receive the refund?
All the products you have returned will be refunded using the same method you chose at the time of your order payment. If you have selected to pay by Cash on Delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer: we will contact you to get your current account details. We strive to make the refund as quickly as possible. After checking that the returned products meet the return conditions, we will send you an email confirming the refund. This procedure can take up to 5 working days from the delivery of your return to our warehouse. The crediting times and methods may vary slightly depending on the banking process and payment method you have chosen. The costs incurred for cash on delivery and shipping costs, if any, are not refunded.
Will taxes and duties be refunded?
We cannot refund any additional local duties or taxes required upon delivery. We recommend that you contact the carrier for detailed information before returning. Please note that these amounts are not claimed or controlled by Corso Vannucci Cashmere.
